Real stories of transformation from communities across South Sudan
Through our peace committees and community dialogues, two conflicting communities in Jonglei State have successfully resolved a decade-long conflict over grazing land.
Our WASH program in Western Bahr El Ghazel State has provided clean water access to over 5,000 people, significantly reducing water-borne diseases in the community.
Through our income-generation programs, 50 women in Juba have formed a successful cooperative, improving their families' livelihoods and becoming community leaders.

Our journey of impact since establishment in 2021
NCPD officially registered as an NGO (Registration No: 4602) with headquarters in Juba.
Initial peace-building and WASH programs launched in Central Equatoria and Western Bahr El Ghazel states.
Expanded to Upper Nile, Jonglei, and Unity states. Established partnerships with local communities and government agencies.
Developed 2024-2026 strategy with clear targets: 100,000 change makers, $500,000 funding, and 1 million citizens impacted.
